Frank is from Hawaii and really digs two things: US Military collectibles, and SPAM. Pretty much every menu item can be ordered with Spam. And Elvis is just outside the door (unless he’s traveled to a gig in town).

Or, if you’re going to tough it out and camp, the campsite loop at Bowman Bay next to the start-finish line is closed for the season. But the main campground across the bridge is open all year and you can get more info at:

The Fidalgo-Whidbey area is a beautiful place. Take your time and look around.
