Ladies and gents of the Dash,
It’s our pleasure to recognize the souper champion of the soup pot, Ms Setsuko Cox in her return performance as she once again presents her “best-of-the-Dash” secret soup.
Most of Setsuko's days are spent at Kisaku Sushi Restaurant in Seattle's Greenlake neighborhood, and she just can't keep herself from sharing her special recipe with her paddling friends.
When you’ve finished your race and your soup, please flag her down with a hearty, healthy thanks for her three straight years of contributing so much to the happy-paddling community!
